Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Your Consumer Rights
